RETURN POLICY

This return policy applies to Australia & overseas customers.

Change of Mind

If you change of mind return, you have within 14 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will receive a store credit.

Change of mind returns will only be accepts if product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.

Exchanges

Rénao does not offer exchanges for change of sizes/ colours or products. You have within 14 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will receive a store credit.

Sale Items

Rénao does not accept returns for items that are on sale/ marked down. Unless they have been deemed faulty.

Packaging

When returning an item back to us please ensure the packing is adequate so the item(s) are not damaged in transit.

Please keep in mind in order for us to accept your return the below requirements must be met:

  • The item is unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition.
  • Item(s) have original labels, and tags still attached.
  • Item(s) are not a sale item.
  • Item(s) are returned with adequate packaging.
  • Item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase date.

Cost of Returns

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any item(s). Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they have been received by us.  

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Faulty

In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. You are required to send photo evidence to support@renaofit.com If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back. 

Please note that RÉNAO FIT has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.

Returns for faulty items you will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 14 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by RÉNAO FIT and will remain your responsibility. Returns will be accepted where the items are:

  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;
  • In their original condition and original packaging; and
  • With the original labels, tags and promotional items.

 PLEASE NOTE:

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days processing time for our team to contact you.
  • The item must be returned by the original purchaser, with proof of purchase from www.renaofit.com directly.  
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracking service to monitor your return, please keep proof of your return. 
  • We cannot add or amend discount codes on already placed orders.
