DO I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order please allow up to 2 hours for a confirmation email to be received. Please check your junk/spam mailbox. If you still have not received your confirmation email please email our customer care team at support@renaofit.com
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
We do and it can be found at the bottom of the home page. If you require further assistance please email support@renaofit.com our team will be happy to provide you with assistance in finding your best fit.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
To ensure longevity of your items. Always wash items in a wash bag, cold wash on a delicate setting. Hang to dry.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been packed you will be emailed with your tracking information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately cancellations can not be made after an order has been placed. Items can be returned to us for a store credit provided they meet the guidelines in our returns policy.
CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

As soon as an order has been placed it has been processed automatically, however please contact us as soon as possible and our team will do our best to assist.
Adding Item(s)
Once an order has been placed we are unable to add item(s). if you would like to add an item(s) please create a new order.
